1、 Material conditions

Material name: Sodium gluconate crystal, particle size 0.5-2mm, incoming moisture: 5%, outgoing moisture: 0.5%, production: 4500Kg/h, wet material stacking density: about 800Kg/m3, dry material density: about 1200Kg/m3

Feed temperature: 40 ℃

Product temperature: 35 ℃

2、 Process conditions

Heat source: saturated water vapor (0.6MPa)

Dust removal method: cyclone separator+water film dust removal (or other design schemes)

Material: All parts in contact with the material are made of 304 stainless steel
